Position: Quality & Compliance Assistant – Trinity Health PACE
FULL TIME - ONSITE - ASSISTANT to Director
Position Purpose
Support the Quality Improvement (QI) and Compliance Program for the PACE organization, helping to ensure regulatory readiness and a culture of continuous improvement. Assist with data collection, audits, and reporting to support safe, high-quality care for participants.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and execution of the annual QI/Compliance plan
Collect and analyze data to monitor performance and compliance
Assist with internal audits, surveys, and regulatory reporting
Coordinate communications with regulatory agencies and contracted partners
Help track and resolve participant grievances and appeals
Contribute to satisfaction surveys and improvement projects
Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and procedures
Support business continuity and disaster response plans
Attend training sessions to stay current with regulations and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or 3+ years of related experience. A combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical conduct
Must meet NC health clearance requirements prior to hire
