Lead and manage medium-to-large transformation projects across multiple operating units. Define scope, manage risks/issues, budgets, timelines and stakeholders. Drive process improvement, perform data analysis, prepare executive communications, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and compliance. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and oversee project lifecycle from initiation to close-out.

Supports social media strategy and execution across hospitals in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Manages content workflows and calendars, ensures adherence to social media standards, creates audience-focused content, monitors sentiment and online conversations, escalates sensitive issues, analyzes performance data, and recommends improvements. The role also requires experience with enterprise social media channels, video editing, and graphic design.

Serves as the primary marketing liaison for assigned service lines and clients. Develops and executes marketing plans, supports regional campaigns, coordinates cross-functional projects, creates campaign briefs and messaging, manages timelines and approvals, and analyzes campaign performance through reports and dashboards. Perform obstetric sonography exams in an outpatient OBGYN setting following departmental policies and regulatory guidelines (ACR, TJC, NY State DOH). Provide patient-centered imaging services during weekday day-shift hours. Position requires completion of an accredited medical sonography program and OBGYN experience; ARDMS credential preferred.

Recruit candidates from sourcing through offers for entry-level to middle-management healthcare roles. Manage screening, interviews, selections, offers, drug screening, and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Provide workforce planning, reporting, service-level agreements, sourcing strategies, employer-brand consistency, and candidate experience support. Build talent pipelines through networking and creative sourcing, with sourcing activities comprising up to 25% of the role.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, pelvic, vascular, and related scans. Prepares and positions patients, uses aseptic and sterile techniques, conducts clinical assessments, analyzes sonographic findings alongside medical history, communicates results to physicians, and maintains ultrasound equipment and work areas.

Perform scheduled and emergent ultrasound examinations, including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, and small-parts studies. Maintain examination records, assist radiologists with study interpretation, and provide technical instruction to students and hospital staff. Work full-time night shifts with rotating weekends, holiday and emergent call coverage. Maintain required professional registrations, continuing education, abuse-reporting training, and Basic Life Support certification.

Provides nursing education and professional development for clinical staff. Designs, delivers, and evaluates educational programs using adult-learning principles, evidence-based practice, research, and current literature. Supports orientation, competency development, certification, accreditation, compliance, and risk-management training. Provides unit-specific instruction, mentoring, classroom presentations, and individual coaching while maintaining clinical nursing competence and educational records.

Performs obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound procedures while maintaining optimal image quality and patient safety. Enters accurate charges into the Radiology Information System, supports evidence-based practice and quality initiatives, and follows radiology and imaging standards. Requires graduation from an approved ultrasound program, ARDMS or ARRT(S) registration with relevant specialty credentials, effective communication skills, and current BLS certification. Prior sonography experience is preferred.

Performs CT scans, radiographic exams, fluoroscopy, angiography, and operating-room imaging for patients across age groups, including trauma cases. Assists radiologists with biopsies, drain placements, injections, and image markings. Works independently under radiologist direction, covers holidays and on-call shifts, and applies ionizing radiation safely for diagnostic purposes.

Develops and implements nursing education activities, curriculum, simulations, skills-lab instruction, validations, remediation, and student support. Collaborates with faculty and program leadership to assess learning needs, establish outcomes, evaluate student achievement, and revise curriculum according to professional nursing standards. Provides didactic, psychomotor, and simulation teaching, with focused support for high-risk students and diverse adult learners.

Performs front-office operations for a medical practice, including greeting patients, collecting insurance and demographic information, answering calls, addressing billing questions, checking out patients, scheduling appointments and diagnostic procedures, and maintaining medical records. Requires accurate computer use, familiarity with EMR systems, medical terminology, confidentiality, professionalism, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
