Provide perioperative nursing care in a four-room Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) performing cardiac and vascular surgical cases. Supported by orientation program; work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, technology-driven environment. Duties include patient care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating with surgical team.

Manage and execute ministry compliance initiatives: advise leaders, lead investigations and corrective actions, support policy rollout and training, monitor regulatory changes, drive process improvements, assist audit readiness, and track compliance metrics.

Provide direct patient care across multiple hospital units or locations, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. Float to different specialties as needed, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain accountability for decisions and delegation, and keep required certifications current (BLS, ACLS, PALS, specialty credentials).

Transport patients, equipment, and supplies throughout the hospital across all age groups. Maintain patient safety, document transport activities, assist with equipment storage and maintenance, communicate with dispatch and supervisors, and perform related duties as assigned.

Provide trauma-informed individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, and accompaniment for victims/survivors of crime. Manage a weekly caseload of 20–25 clients, assist with NYS Victim Services claims, staff a 24-hour hotline (minimum four 12-hour shifts/month), and support clients through medical and legal systems.

Register outpatients across diagnostic imaging, lab, and urgent care by collecting accurate demographic and financial information, verifying insurance/benefits, obtaining authorizations, collecting payments, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with Case Management and financial teams.

Manage and optimize annual giving programs including CRM-driven fundraising campaigns, grateful patient and colleague giving initiatives, physician engagement, event sponsorship support, donor database integrity, reporting, and prospect research to grow donor pipeline and annual revenue.

Provide one-to-one home nursing care including patient assessment, care planning, interventions, following physician orders and state Nurse Practice Act, and supervising patient outcomes. Work 36 hours (three 12-hour shifts) with set Saturday and flexible other days.

Schedule and coordinate cardiology patient visits and testing between physicians, patients, office and hospital staff. Communicate clinical and scheduling information, manage physician and device appointments, and use EPIC for scheduling. Typical hours Monday–Friday, day shift at Columbus, OH.

Provide cardiac telemetry nursing care for pre/post heart catheterization, CABG, TAVR, ablations, CHF and related procedures. Manage chest tubes, wound vacs, PCA pumps, hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis, and substance withdrawal. Use assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to deliver patient-centered care within a Together Team model supported by Virtual RNs. Participate in orientation, professional development, and the clinical ladder program.

Provide post-anesthesia and perioperative nursing care in the PACU, monitoring and stabilizing patients after surgery. Requires critical and acute care experience, ACLS and BLS certification, Florida RN licensure, and collaboration with surgical teams to ensure safe recovery and discharge.

Join a 4-physician Advanced Heart Failure team delivering advanced therapies including LVAD management, implantable fluid monitoring, Barostim, echocardiogram and nuclear imaging interpretation. Outpatient clinic (13–17 patients/day), 1:4 call, shared monthly outreach clinics, and participation in tertiary-level heart failure care and clinical research.

Manage procurement, inventory, storage, receiving, and distribution of medical and nursing supplies for a long-term care facility. Maintain inventory accuracy, process purchase orders and invoices, coordinate vendor relations, ensure compliance and safety, track expirations, and support nursing teams with forecasting and supply needs.

Provide direct, person-centered nursing care on a medical-surgical unit during the day shift, supporting the organizations mission and delivering compassionate care.

Provide medical nutrition therapy and complete nutrition assessments using the nutrition care process. Deliver individualized patient nutrition care, educate patients/families and staff, participate in interdisciplinary teams and performance improvement projects, and support hospital mission and policies.

Assigns and sequences CPT, ICD and E/M codes for physician office and surgical records (Cardiology/OBGYN focus). Reviews charts, abstracts data, resolves edits, queries clinicians for clarification, and maintains coding accuracy, productivity, and certification compliance.

Provide endoscopy procedural nursing care on day shift (4x10). Responsible for IV placement, patient monitoring, peri-procedural support, recovery assessment, and collaborating with the endoscopy team. Requires BSN, FL RN license, BLS and ACLS, and minimum one year in endoscopy, ICU, ER, or PACU.

Provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit under RN supervision. Assess patient needs, assist care team, maintain patient safety and a clean environment, and support organized workflows. Must hold NYS LPN license and BLS certification.

Evaluate transfer transcripts, determine credit transferability and equivalencies with faculty, maintain and update transfer credit modules and policies, develop Transfer Guides, assist students with transfer credit questions, and support registrar functions including degree audits, graduation, transcripts, and record maintenance.

The Clinical Documentation Specialist ensures integrity in clinical documentation, facilitating accurate medical records and providing education to healthcare teams on documentation standards.
