Perform and coordinate front-end medical practice functions including scheduling, registration, check-in/check-out, charge entry, claims, end-of-day processes, document scanning, inbox monitoring, and EMR parsing. Lead and mentor team members, manage daily staffing, obtain authorizations/referrals, collect payments, and ensure HIPAA compliance while supporting quality patient access and workflows.

Performs data capture, analysis, and reporting to support revenue integrity and operational efficiency. Audits charge capture processes, ensures accurate CPT/ICD-10 coding, conducts charge reconciliations, reviews quality reports, provides education to clinical staff, supports denial-related reviews, and recommends process improvements to reduce missing or duplicate charges.

Performs diagnostic cardiac ultrasound (echocardiography) on patients, maintains workflow and clerical duties, participates in teaching fellows and students, monitors patient status, uses echocardiography equipment and department computerized systems, and evaluates emergency situations.

Perform billing and follow-up for assigned patient business services location: document claims, research rejections, contact payers/patients, investigate under/overpayments, escalate issues, prepare reports, and train/mentor junior staff to maximize timely, accurate reimbursement while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Coordinate and validate charge capture and revenue integrity processes remotely. Review clinical documentation to ensure accurate CPT/ICD-10 coding, charge entry, modifiers, and encounter details. Work pre-bill edits (OCE/CCI, DNFB), provide at-elbow support to clinical teams, perform quality charge reviews, educate staff, and drive process improvements to optimize revenue and billing integrity.

Provide front-desk clerical support in an ambulatory care setting: reception, scheduling, basic patient account and cashier tasks, telephone and computer operations, and coordination of primary outpatient services.

Provide perioperative nursing care in a combined Pre-Op/PACU unit: assess patients, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, educate patients/families, document in EMR, communicate across disciplines, and support safe discharge and positive patient experiences.

Supervise day-to-day operations of urgent care/surgery imaging areas, manage clinical and clerical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee scheduling/payroll, coordinate training and competency assessments, act as EPIC super-user, support clinical imaging procedures, manage supplies/equipment/quality audits, and liaise with physicians and leadership.

Conduct medical record integrity audits, investigate coding/documentation errors, develop corrective action plans and educational materials, train providers and staff on CPT, ICD-10, and HCC coding, monitor trends and collaborate with compliance and revenue teams to ensure accurate billing and documentation.

Provide supervised exercise and education to improve patients' functional capacity and psychosocial status in cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation per AACVPR standards. Deliver exercise sessions, monitor vitals, instruct patients, document progress, and collaborate with the clinical team. PRN day-shift role.

Lead strategic sourcing for assigned categories: run RFx processes, negotiate high-value contracts, manage supplier and GPO relationships, perform spend and risk analysis, build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Excel), drive cost reductions and standardization, and support contract implementation and supplier performance management.

The Radiology Technologist reviews physician orders, operates imaging equipment, prepares patients, assists radiologists, and ensures high-quality diagnostic images.

Coordinate daily activities between Sterile Processing and the Operating Room to ensure efficient case flow. Verify instrument trays, monitor case status, notify SPD of needs, assist with process improvement projects, provide training and issue resolution, and ensure compliance with TJC, AORN, and AAMI standards. On-call and day-shift coverage required.

Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate, government, and foundation grants. Prepare and submit funding proposals, manage a prospect portfolio in the CRM, track donor interactions, and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align programmatic and capital needs with philanthropic priorities to support Saint Agnes programs.

Supervise clinical nursing care in the PACU/Post-Anesthesia setting on day shifts. Oversee patient recovery, staff performance, compliance, training and scheduling to ensure safe, high-quality post-operative care.

Coordinate and facilitate interdisciplinary peer review and quality activities for medical staff, conduct retrospective medical record reviews, manage FPPE/OPPE and external peer review services, retrieve and analyze data from hospital systems, and support related quality committees and initiatives.
