Manage day-to-day operations of the clinical engineering program, ensuring budget adherence, service quality, and staff development at RHM Hospital.

Lead and oversee ICU nursing staff, manage hiring/training/performance, ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Provide professional nursing care on a 36-bed Ortho Med/Surg unit, including assessment, planning, delegation, hands-on treatment, patient/family teaching, wound care, and collaborating with the care team in a Together Care Team model (virtual RNs, bedside RNs, CNAs). Full-time schedule: three 12-hour day shifts per week with rotating weekends.

Provide front-desk support for a medical practice: greet patients, collect and enter insurance/demographic information, answer and route calls, assist with scheduling and check-out, handle medical records (filing, scanning, send-outs), and support billing/insurance inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Provides administrative support to the Pathology Department: types correspondence, screens calls/visitors, schedules meetings and travel, maintains calendars and filing, orders supplies, assists with projects and process improvement, and performs general office duties. Requires lab administrative experience, strong communication, multitasking, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Prepare financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and revenue/cost analyses. Support monthly close with journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, variance analysis, and reporting for senior leadership.

Conduct coding quality reviews, develop and deliver coder education, support coding systems and denials management, perform audits, onboard/train coders, and serve as coding subject-matter expert for documentation, billing, reimbursement, and compliance.

Serve as administrative nursing leader in absence of managers, supervising clinical and administrative nursing care, coordinating patient placement, optimizing staffing and budgets, and supporting infection control, associate health policies, CQI, leadership, and communication to ensure smooth hospital operations and high-quality patient care.

Lead inpatient case management and utilization management teams to optimize patient flow, length of stay, and regulatory compliance. Oversee utilization reviews, denials and appeals, coordinate with clinical and operational stakeholders, drive quality and financial improvement, and support use of Epic and reporting tools.

Provide consultative support for systemwide HAI surveillance and quality measure abstraction. Manage vendor abstraction services, implement NHSN/CMS reporting, lead projects, analyze data, design training, and ensure regulatory compliance across hospitals.

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating breast disease. Maintain patient records, ensure image quality and regulatory compliance, perform related clerical duties, and work scheduled day shifts with occasional Saturdays.

Provide professional nursing care on a 36-bed Ortho/Medical-Surgical unit including assessment, planning, treatment, delegation, patient and family teaching, and collaboration with the care team. Work 12-hour day shifts in a Together Care Team model supporting wound care, minor trauma, and a range of medical and surgical needs.

Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, collect insurance and demographic data, answer and route calls, schedule appointments and diagnostics, perform medical records tasks (filing/scanning/send-outs), and assist patients with billing questions using EMR systems.

Reviews inpatient records and educates providers to improve accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical documentation. Conducts concurrent chart reviews, resolves documentation-coding discrepancies with coding staff, and develops/delivers provider education to ensure appropriate severity of illness, DRG assignment, and quality outcomes.

Provides patient-centered nursing care using assessment, clinical judgment, and evidence-based interventions. Develops individualized care plans, educates patients/families, participates in interdisciplinary teams, ensures safety and quality, delegates and manages care for assigned patients, maintains required certifications and professional development.

Provide peri-procedural nursing care in the cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology lab, monitor and medicate patients, support interventional procedures (stents, valves, IABP, Impella), respond on STEMI team, document care, and educate patients and families.

Provide peri-procedural assessment, monitoring and interventions for cardiac cath and electrophysiology procedures (left/right heart cath, stents, valvuloplasty, structural procedures, IABP, Impella, EKOS). Serve on STEMI emergency on-call team, administer oral and IV medications, manage sedation, educate patients and families, complete consents and documentation, collaborate with interdisciplinary medical staff.

Provide peri-procedural nursing care in the cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology lab including monitoring, medication administration, sedation management, and documentation for invasive cardiac procedures. Participate on emergency STEMI team, educate patients/families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.

Provides direct and indirect nursing care in an ambulatory pediatric setting. Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to implement nursing interventions, perform patient education, and support comprehensive care plans for a diverse patient population. Part-time (24 hours/week), day-shift role.

Manage authorization and pre-authorization processes for outpatient and inpatient behavioral health patients. Track cases via computer, perform telephonic case management, present clinical cases to insurers to secure authorizations, screen and register prospective patients, coordinate placement across programs, investigate denials and delinquent accounts, and liaise with managed care organizations and community referral sources.
