Our Opportunity
Chewy is seeking a Catalog Analyst to join the Indirect Procure-to-Pay Enablement team, providing critical system support and ensuring continuity of service across the Support Desk. Reporting directly to the P2P Manager III within Accounting Operations, this role will focus on Supplier catalog set-up and maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and experience working across procurement platforms such as Coupa.
What You'll Do
- Own the setup and ongoing maintenance of Coupa supplier catalogs (hosted and punchout), ensuring alignment with operational and procurement needs.
- Ensure catalog accuracy, pricing integrity, and data completeness to support timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels within Coupa's inventory module, ensuring real-time accuracy to support buyer planning and PO generation.
- Collaborate with corrugate and packing supply buyers to ensure inventory data supports proactive procurement and replenishment strategies.
- Monitor catalog usage, supplier performance, and inventory trends, providing actionable insights to improve procurement efficiency and operational responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve catalog and inventory-related issues.
- Identify and address process bottlenecks in the procurement lifecycle, recommending improvements based on data analysis.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on catalog usability, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment center enablement as well as new vertical launches.
What You'll Need
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement operations, catalog management, inventory control, or system support, preferably in a fulfillment or distribution environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or certifications (e.g., P2P, PMP) are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa, especially catalog setup, inventory module management, and optimization.
- Familiarity with XML/cXML integrations and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing large datasets and translating insights into process improvements.
- Working knowledge of Oracle and other procurement-related systems.
- Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment with shifting priorities.
