Outbound Logistics Coordinator

RYZE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outbound Logistics Coordinator to join RYZE’s growing eCommerce operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing outbound shipments, managing carrier relationships, overseeing inventory distribution and allocation planning and execution, and ensuring optimal fulfillment performance across our fulfillment network.
This is a fast-paced, remote, night-shift role for Philippines-based candidates, playing a critical part in keeping operations running smoothly across our Supply Chain.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate outbound freight shipments with carriers, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company standards.

• Schedule pickups, track shipments from pickup through delivery, and monitor status in our TMS — proactively flagging delays or issues to carriers and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners, using our TMS to monitor performance metrics (on-time pickup/delivery, issue resolution) and ensure service expectations are met.

• Proactively identify and resolve shipping issues (delays, routing problems, missing items) flagged in our TMS, documenting discrepancies as needed.

• Work closely with internal teams including logistics, sales, customer service, and fulfillment partners to ensure coordination across outbound shipping operations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities including shipment tracking, freight documentation, and communication logs.

• Interpret outbound shipment requests and independently execute logistics tasks with minimal oversight.

• Execute inventory allocation directives by coordinating with FC teams and 3PL partners to move and position inventory accurately, on time, and in alignment with demand plans.

What We Offer:

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or freight management, preferably in an eCommerce or supply chain environment.

• 3PL & Carrier Knowledge: Familiarity with third-party logistics providers, carrier networks, and transportation workflows.

• Freight Booking & Scheduling: Demonstrated experience coordinating freight bookings and scheduling carrier pickups across various transportation modes.

• Shipment Tracking & Load Management: Strong ability to manage and monitor multiple outbound loads simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling shipment documentation, freight coordination, and operational tracking.

• Communication Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with Transportation Management Systems (Uber Freight preferred), ERP (Netsuite preferred), Order Management Systems, and Warehouse Management Systems. 

• Time Management & Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Remote Work: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.

• Language: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
   

Working Hours

• This position is remote and based in the Philippines, with working hours of 9:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT (9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST), Monday through Friday — a night-shift schedule to align with U.S. business hours.

• Flexibility within these hours may be required based on shipping schedules and operational needs.
