Job Description
- Support daily operation of the department
- Creating and tracking purchase orders
- Organization of meetings and workshops, preparation of agendas
- Preparation of visits, participation and support follow-ups
- Sorting postal letters and distributing related documents according to roles and priorities
- Organization and accounting of business trips according to actual guidelines
- Operating of internal communication channels
- Preparation of documents (Hungarian, English) based on general templates
- Making reports, collection and preparation of data based on instructions
Qualifications
- Native Hungarian and communication level English language knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- MS Office user level knowledge and presentation skills
- SAP user level experience is an advantage
