    The OSS Xcelerate Automation Platform is looking for a new Automation Software IT Engineer to join our exciting team. This role has end-to-end accountability and governance for our automation portfolio in AMA East, AMA West, and Europe, and will officially work on Asia shift.

    • This position is a managerial and operational role, part of a global DevOps team that delivers and supports the smart automation solutions in the customer service - supply chain domain.
    • You will partner with our product managers and business users to drive transformative value with robust and scalable automations.
    • This includes analyzing, documenting, implementing, testing, and maintaining the automation. Analyzing includes understanding the business logic and re-engineering the process during implementation.
    • Your responsibilities will include building new automations, governance to projects, user research and collaboration, vendor management, innovation, develop change requests, support technical upgrades and maintain operational excellence through incident and problem management.

    We are looking for someone who has experience in process orchestration/automation, operations and interpersonal skills to thrive in this high functioning environment. Also someone who has passion for continuous learning, comes with a growth mindset, is in touch with the latest trends in supply chain & IT industry and can practically apply this to complex problems.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering or on-the-job experience in these such roles
    • Strong passion for technology and ability to leverage technology to add business value
    • Collaboration & communications skills as well as strong ability to analyze and synthesize business problems, recognize patterns and conceptualize processes in a way that can be understood by non-IT professionals
    • Strong stakeholder management with strong project management skills and proficiency with Agile methodology
    • High attention to detail & ability to work autonomously
    • English spoken and written proficiency

    Nice to Have

    • Hands-on experience, gained through jobs, in robotics process automation (Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.)
    • Knowledge about automation in supply chain, order-to-cash space
    • Ability to write SQL necessary, Python is a plus
