Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

What are you accountable for?

• Project manage the implementation of OSP fibre rollouts, driving all phases from site survey and permitting to construction and handover to Operations.
• Manage construction vendor performance to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure sufficient resources are available for a smooth rollout.
• Drive the achievement of key deployment KPIs, including rollout accuracy, efficiency, and cost.
• Ensure all builds comply with Maxis's design and build specifications.
• Stakeholder & Process Management:
• Trigger and manage tasks in the NCR system.
• Act as the key liaison between planning, field operations, and external contractors.
