Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at One School Of Business , a premier institution dedicated to shaping future business leaders. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in student counselling and admissions, with a strong ability to communicate the value of our academic programs to prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospective students on program offerings, admission procedures, eligibility, and career outcomes.
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online leads; convert high-quality leads into successful admissions.
Guide students through the end-to-end admission process — from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application status using CRM tools.
Meet individual and team targets for admissions and conversions.
Represent the school at education fairs, webinars, and outreach events when required.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and academic teams for aligned communication and strategy.
Provide insights into student needs, behavior trends, and feedback for process improvement.
Minimum 3.5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or student engagement in higher education (preferably MBA/PGDM programs).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and online platforms for lead management.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
Experience working in a B-School or professional education environment will be an added advantage.
