Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at One School Of Business , a premier institution dedicated to shaping future business leaders. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in student counselling and admissions, with a strong ability to communicate the value of our academic programs to prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel prospective students on program offerings, admission procedures, eligibility, and career outcomes.

  • Handle inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online leads; convert high-quality leads into successful admissions.

  • Guide students through the end-to-end admission process — from initial inquiry to enrollment.

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application status using CRM tools.

  • Meet individual and team targets for admissions and conversions.

  • Represent the school at education fairs, webinars, and outreach events when required.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and academic teams for aligned communication and strategy.

  • Provide insights into student needs, behavior trends, and feedback for process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3.5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or student engagement in higher education (preferably MBA/PGDM programs).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and online platforms for lead management.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

  • Immediate availability to join is mandatory.

  • Experience working in a B-School or professional education environment will be an added advantage.
