Service Credit Union is seeking a Title Specialist where you will provide administrative duties related to titles and ownership documents of members.
Pay: Starting at $20.43 per hour. Flexible based on experience.
Hours: Full time, Monday Friday
Work location: Sembach HQ

The Day to Day:
- Assist with telephone requests from members, dealers, insurance companies etc.
- Prepare documentation for Hyland OnBase scanning (prepping, scanning, and indexing).
- Enter all title documentation information into the VT Spectrum system, and VINtek system.
- Copy and file all Titles, Bills of Sales, and Certificates of Origin.
- Research and respond to e-mails.
- Understand and comprehend various titles and ownership documents and individual state requirements.
- Provides title research on written and telephone inquiries from members, dealers, and the Motor Vehicle Department.
- Provides written communication between members, MVD, auto manufacturers and auto dealers.
- Understand and comprehend various titles and ownership documents and individual state requirements and DMV forms.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and organize work duties.
- Operate typewriters, knowledge of mail machine, microfiche, and scanning equipment.
- Knowledge of Electrofiche software, Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Hyland OnBase, VINTEK E-Title software, and Acuity software for VODs, Image Host Knowledge of UC4, VT Spectrum software.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
- Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, and various web-based applications required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
