Act as a local expert on Robotic Surgery products, providing comprehensive support during the MAKO launch both inside and outside the operating room.
Deliver training, continuous service, and education for clients, ensuring high-level clinical support and product guidance for both internal and external stakeholders.
Support clinical education and training in Stryker Mexico, which includes training Mako Product Specialists, surgeons, hospital staff, and Stryker colleagues.
Lead and support clinical education programs, including surgeon training sessions, workshops, cadaveric labs, and certification activities.
Train and educate surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital teams on the use of the Mako system, accessories, and implants, ensuring alignment with released surgical techniques.

Required

Hands‑on experience supporting surgical procedures in the operating room, including interaction and guidance of surgeons and clinical staff.
Proven experience delivering clinical training or product support to healthcare professionals.
Advanced English (C1).
Availability to travel domestically and internationally; valid passport and visa.
