The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by supporting commercial teams through the development of healthcare professionals (HCPs). Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Develop and deliver clinical training programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring the effective use of Solventum Dental Solutions products and adherence to recommended clinical protocols.

  • Provide coaching, technical guidance, and ongoing support to end users, helping them optimize product performance and clinical outcomes.

  • Communicate the scientific evidence, clinical benefits, and value proposition of Solventum technologies to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, universities, key opinion leaders (KOLs), professional associations, and academic institutions across the country.

  • Partner closely with commercial teams to support business growth initiatives, customer engagement activities, and market development strategies.

  • Collaborate with distributors and sub-distributors to ensure consistent product education, effective product launches, and successful execution of commercial plans.

  • Organize and participate in clinical workshops, educational events, congresses, and hands-on training sessions to strengthen customer knowledge and engagement.

  • Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

  • Support the development of educational materials, clinical content, and training resources aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Track training activities, customer interactions, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing reports and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree as odontologist with a specialization in orthodontics.

  • Extensive experience in dental and orthodontic materials.

  • Fluent in English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Experience in sales and or marketing is highly appreciated

Work location: Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 50% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
