Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Iron Mountain is seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) highly skilled Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to join our Global Organizational Effectiveness team within the Human Resources function. Candidates must possess a valid visa for international travel (especially US and North America) to travel around 15 - 20% of the time.
This role will be totally remote (home office work) when not travelling and you will be responsible for leading organization design, driving strategic workforce planning, and delivering actionable Human Resources data and analytics.
This role joins the growing Global Organizational Effectiveness team, which partners with business leaders to build a healthy, effective organization, proactively identify future workforce requirements, and equip leadership with accurate data for informed, strategic decisions.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Organization Design: Lead current state assessments and future state designs, including operating models and structures, in partnership with Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Lead the workforce planning process for your client group and support the establishment of a robust, global workforce planning discipline.
Data & Analytics: Provide quarterly Key Performance Indicator updates and deep-dive analytics to support root-cause analysis, storytelling, and informed decision-making.
Continuous Improvement: Actively identify opportunities to automate reporting dashboards, streamline processes, and improve frameworks based on internal lessons and external best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders, conveying complex data and concepts clearly while handling confidential information discreetly.
The ideal candidate will have:
5 to 10 years of experience in organization design, strategic workforce planning, and Human Resources data and analytics.
Strong and fluent English and Spanish language.
Valid VISA to travel to the US.
Proven ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong project management and organization skills, coupled with attention to detail and a curiosity to understand "the why."
Familiarity with the Workday platform and its functionality, alongside a comfort level in challenging the status quo.
