Position Description:

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead oversees complex change initiatives across the organization, leading the development and execution of comprehensive change strategies; may guide a team of change management professionals to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Lead change management workstreams for large-scale, complex transformation initiatives
  • Develop and oversee implementation of comprehensive change management strategies
  • Direct stakeholder management for senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • Build change networks across the organization to support implementation
  • Oversee development of change management deliverables including impact assessments, communications, and training plans
  • Provide coaching to managers and leaders on change leadership
  • Design change measurement systems to track adoption and business outcomes
  • May lead a team of change management specialists
  • Partner with project and program managers to integrate change management into project plans
  • Report on change progress and risks to senior leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results autonomously and lead teams through ambiguity and resistance
  • Superior communication and influencing skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to all organizational levels
  • Advanced relationship-building capabilities to establish credibility with executives and create strong coalitions for change
  • Exceptional analytical acumen to design measurement frameworks that demonstrate business impact of change initiatives
  • Demonstrated agility and resilience in rapidly shifting business environments with ability to adapt strategies accordingly

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Business, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in change management with progressive responsibility
  • Certification in change management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR, etc.)
  • Experience leading change for ERP implementations, lean manufacturing initiatives, or major restructuring
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience with direct and/or indirect leadership of team members
  • Knowledge of organizational dynamics and behavior
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments

Supervisory/Responsibility:

No supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment:

Work is typically performed in a standard office setting.

Position Type:

This is a regular, full-time position with the understanding that a regular workweek will require extended days and hours as needed to meet business needs.

Travel:

20-25% domestic and/or global travel may be required for this position.

Job Posting Salary Range:

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
