We're Looking For An: Order Revenue Management/Operations Representative who will manage all aspects of the customer set up. You will work closely with other internal departments such as Accounting and IT. This position solves problems for our customers and the team by working with multiple internal teams with the goal of efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Location: Remote, HQ in Woodland Hills CA
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively ensure flawless execution of all merchandise and marketing orders for customers and team needs.
- Customer set up and onboarding - customer profiles, accurate pricing, needed documents to resell and receive payment, etc.
- Work with teams and customers to make sure our warehouses and customer DCs are in-stock and set up to sell GH products.
- Ensure smooth flow of customer orders from Sales Order to fully paid invoice: KPIs customer set up, order processing, days to ship, customer fill rates, timely invoicing, and aging balances.
- Continual process improvement by working with internal teams and customers.
- Be the main point of contact with internal Fulfillment, Transportation and Finance teams to ensure flawless execution of all orders and proactive resolution of any purchase order, invoicing or payment issues.
- Main point of contact internally for sales teams to align all communication for flawless execution of customer in stock
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
- 1+ years of experience in order revenue management, supply chain or transportation (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years' experience in customer service (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and Word (required)
- Knowledge of NetSuite/report generation (required)
- 3+ years of experience in ORM, supply chain or Transportation
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Expert Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite, and Tableau
- Experience in CRM platforms and data collection
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Initiative to work independently.
- Strong attention to details and follow through.
- Strong proactive customer service orientation
- Solid communication skills
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours as may be required.

The base salary range is $16.73-$22.36.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
