Administer employee benefits, COBRA, leave programs, workers’ compensation claims, enrollments, reconciliations, and related HR processes. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, maintain confidential employee data, resolve discrepancies, support open enrollment and wellness events, and recommend process improvements. Serve as an employee-facing resource while exercising discretion and independent judgment in handling non-routine benefits and leave matters.

Edit long- and short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels using stock footage, graphics, and user-generated assets. Develop video concepts, apply direct-response marketing trends, collaborate with writers and marketing teams, optimize creative performance, and support publishing across platforms. The role requires strong visual judgment, media organization, communication, deadline management, and proficiency with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

Manage month-end, quarter and year-end close with emphasis on fixed assets, royalties, prepaid amortization, cash/credit card activity, and operating expenses. Maintain fixed asset module, analyze royalty agreements, reconcile accruals, support NetSuite processes, improve accounting workflows, document SOPs, and assist external audits.
