Supports the in-house commercial contracts function across the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, negotiation, execution, monitoring, auditing, template and playbook development, and contract administration. The role also assists with corporate maintenance, entity management, governance filings, and organizational records. Contracts may include privacy policies, manufacturing, technology services, professional services, influencer, talent release, and product agreements.

Manage month-end, quarter and year-end close with emphasis on fixed assets, royalties, prepaid amortization, cash/credit card activity, and operating expenses. Maintain fixed asset module, analyze royalty agreements, reconcile accruals, support NetSuite processes, improve accounting workflows, document SOPs, and assist external audits.
