Order Processing Specialist

About the role
As order processing specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our global operations from our Gurugram hub in India. This role is all about ensuring smooth order confirmations, maintaining accurate data, and providing excellent customer service support.
With a hybrid work model with 2-3 days in the office with the remainder home based, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring efficient workflows and up-to-date digital content. Your ability to manage multiple tasks with
precision will be essential in driving operational success.
Some daily responsibilities will include-
· Manage supplier order confirmations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
· Utilise SAP to manage data and ensure smooth flow of information across systems.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.
· Work closely with internal teams to support order processing and supplier confirmations.
· Manage digital content, ensuring global access to up-to-date product information.
· Generate reports on supplier confirmations and procurement data.
About you
