Visual & Content Team - Graphic Designer
What you'll Do: • Creation of compelling creative visual solutions including presentations, logos, brochures, infographics, iconography, posters, web banners, marketing and event materials, etc. for proposals, workshops and campaigns• Sharp eye for layout design and an awareness of the latest design trends• Able to support the team and senior stakeholders in translating business language and complex ideas into beautiful visualizations and compelling visual stories, balancing creativity, design thinking and innovation• Skilled at solving design challenges under a consultative approach, ensuring adequate communication with stakeholders• Flexible, resilient, highly committed and have a confident manner with the proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging and highly innovative design environment• You are energized by design challenges that require discovery, thought partnership, innovative thinking and team collaboration• Share best practices and tactical knowledge across offices, practice areas and teams• Engage and build relationships with firm members and leaders.
What You'll Bring:
We seek energetic and dynamic individuals with demonstrated track record in graphics delivery. Graphic Designer will support multiple ZS practice areas and project teams and will need to be comfortable with a fairly expansive breadth of focus.• Diploma or certificate course in MS Office/PowerPoint/Adobe suite are a plus• You have excellent English language skills (oral and written communications)• Ability to work in a fast-paced and often unstructured environment• Experience working in a collaborative design environment, work experience in global/multi-national teams is a plus• Fluency in English• Client-first mentality• Intense work ethic• Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
