Description
Join our Supply Chain team in Istanbul and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience in an international and fast-moving environment. Acting as a key interface between customers, factories, logistics partners and internal teams, you play a central role in ensuring reliable order fulfillment. Under the management of the Supply Chain Manager, you ensure the seamless processing and follow-up of customer orders while contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into the ERP system and ensure data accuracy throughout the order lifecycle.
- Follow up customer orders and proactively communicate delivery dates and order status updates.
- Coordinate daily activities with factories, warehouses, transport providers and customs authorities to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage customer complaints, claims and order-related issues while ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor backlog, analyze priorities and prepare regular performance and order status reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, service quality and supply chain processes.
Qualifications
Must have
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade or a related field.
- First experience in logistics, order management, customer service or a similar environment.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
