As Order Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. We welcome applications from both junior- and mid-level experience specialists.
Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
Your role:
Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process.
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
You're the right fit if:
You have a bachelor degree i in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
Previous experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics is considered a plus
You have fluent English language (C1 level or higher), feeling comfortable in communication with stakeholders.
You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).
You are team player with strong communication skills.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP) would be an advantage
