Order to Cash Accountant

As part of the Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable) team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our revenue and billing processes. Our team is fast-paced and cross-functional, and we’re looking for an OTC Accountant to help maintain seamless financial operations by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition.

What you’ll do:

• Process invoices, receipts, and financial transactions related to revenue and billing, ensuring accurate data entry and reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Review and resolve open positions in accounts receivable, facilitating payment processes and preparing billing statements.
• Perform basic analysis of revenue data, identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Support the month-end close activities, assist with financial reporting, and provide data extracts for audit and compliance requests.
• Ensure compliance with VAT/sales tax regulations and revenue recognition principles.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and team lead, supporting revenue recognition processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of financial operations.

You’ll be great for this role if:

• You have a foundational understanding of revenue recognition principles and billing processes.
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash processes.
• You can perform reconciliations and prepare accounting data to support financial reports, audits, and problem-solving.
• You are proficient in Excel and have a good understanding of accounting software (SAP knowledge is a plus).
• You have excellent attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
