We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding, facilitating employee celebrations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and passionate about delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and employees.
What You Will Do:
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications effectively.
- Conduct pre-screenings for candidates and schedule subsequent interviews with the designated interviewer.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Attend career fairs to engage potential new hires and promote brand awareness.
- Support onboarding by preparing welcome kits and ensuring a smooth integration for new employees.
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and redirect more complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Coordinate, plan, and facilitate employee celebrations, including birthdays and work anniversaries.
- Prepare and distribute employee communications, such as memos, emails, digital newsletters, and other correspondence.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Operate autonomously and proactively seek out solutions to problems.
- Experience working in Recruiting or HR is a plus, but not required
