We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Order and Delivery Management Intern to join our Customer Unit Supply team.
In this role, you will support the execution and monitoring of customer orders, ensuring deliveries are fulfilled according to contractual commitments and customer expectations. You will work closely with project teams, supply chain professionals, logistics partners, and customer stakeholders while gaining valuable experience in international supply chain operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to develop expertise in supply chain management, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer operations within a global technology company.
What you will do
- Support customer order fulfillment and delivery execution activities.
- Monitor customer purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Create and maintain order tracking reports and follow-up dashboards.
- Assist in managing order changes, delivery date updates, and order cancellations.
- Support goods receipt (GR) and goods issue (GI) processes.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders regarding delivery status.
- Assist in preparing documentation related to deliveries and customer shipments.
- Support escalation management when delivery commitments are at risk.
- Help maintain supply chain data accuracy and reporting quality.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Order and Delivery Management organization.
- Collaborate with project managers, customer operations managers, supply planners, logistics teams, and warehouses.
What you will bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, International Business, Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and maintain attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools.
- Previous internship or academic projects related to operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

- Fixed-term internship (12 months, with possibility of extension).
