What to expect:

As a Recruiting Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact throughout the candidate journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting onsite activities to ensure a positive hiring experience. You will also assist with hiring events, maintain candidate records, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help fill critical roles. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative position that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

 

How you will make an impact:

  • Tracking candidate information and maintaining up-to-date candidate status information.
  • Candidate correspondence and follow-up, including offer paperwork, new hire information, and onboarding/training schedule information.
  • Candidate screening, Interview scheduling, coordination of interview days, candidate travel, and expense reimbursements
  • Ensuring Background Checks and any other pre-employment checks as required are documented and escalating potential issues to appropriate UGE/United Airlines support departments and leadership.
  • Organizing and maintaining candidate recruiting files including EEOC tracking as assigned
  • Performing administrative activities to maintain compliance (applicant files, etc.)
  • Provide standard and ad hoc management reporting.
  • Assisting Recruiters and acting as a liaison with candidate
  • Coordinating and providing support for job fairs
  • Collaborating cross-departmentally on talent acquisition strategies and projects
  • Perform administrative support functions as necessary for the Talent Acquisition team including ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and other related support activities.
  • Source/prescreen prospective candidates as necessary.

What you will bring:

Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

  •  High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • 2+ years of call center/customer support experience preferred.
  • Experience in a Human Resources, Recruitment, or Staffing environment and/or familiarity with talent acquisition processes. 
  • High level of MS Office proficiency required; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%-40%
