Supervise passenger assistance operations (wheelchair services, baggage help, queue and security duties), schedule and train agents, ensure safety/security/compliance, coach staff, document incidents, and maintain high customer service standards.

Develop and maintain pricing and financial models, analyze labor and operations inputs, evaluate contract and station profitability, perform scenario and sensitivity analyses, support RFP and contract renewals, partner cross-functionally, build standardized tools and reports, and present executive-level recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Supervise and coach United Ground Express station personnel to ensure safe, efficient hub operations and excellent customer service. Manage staffing, training, incident reporting, and daily assignments while maintaining regulatory and company standards. Support a positive work environment, handle high-volume periods calmly, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Design and implement a centralized Leave of Absence and Accommodation COE. Administer FMLA, ADA, and state leave; manage case workflows, notices, payroll/benefits coordination, ADA interactive process, recordkeeping, escalations, and key metrics to ensure compliance and positive employee experience.

Supervise the Denver Hub dependability program: track and analyze attendance data, conduct investigations and grievance hearings, recommend discipline per CBA and policies, collaborate with Union, HR, Payroll and leaders to reduce absence costs, and serve as operational supervisor when needed.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Hub Services: source and pipeline candidates, screen and interview, manage offers and requisitions, maintain candidate data and ATS, build hiring manager relationships, represent talent acquisition at events, produce hiring reports, and support recruiting across locations. Role requires strong communication, organization, metrics focus, and up to 50% travel.

Serve as the HR business partner for multiple workgroups, leading an Associate HRBP, managing onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, labor/grievance support, accommodations, and partnering with leaders on recruitment, retention, change management, and investigations. Support new location startups and ensure compliance with employment laws and programs.
