We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee, optimize, and maintain our ERP and WMS platforms in Oracle NetSuite. This role is hands-on and requires a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support both system users and business operations. The ideal candidate will bridge IT and Operations, ensuring seamless integration of IT networks with operational technology (OT) systems while supporting day-to-day business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & User Management:
- Manage and administer Oracle NetSuite ERP and WMS platforms.
- Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls to align with business needs.
- Perform ongoing administrative functions including system updates, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve user/system issues in a timely manner.
Inventory & Materials Management:
- Oversee and maintain inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations within NetSuite.
- Support raw materials management, ensuring accuracy and visibility across supply chain and production operations.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure WMS accuracy and compliance with procedures.
Systems Integration & Technical Support:
- Support IT/OT integration, ensuring connectivity and performance between enterprise systems and operational technology.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate NetSuite with other business systems (CRM, logistics, manufacturing, etc.).
- Research and implement system improvements, automation, and best practices.
- Provide end-user support and training, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Continuous Improvement:
- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, logistics, production) to enhance system usage and performance.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Monitor ERP/WMS performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, ERP Manager, or similar role.
- Strong technical background with proven ability to troubleshoot complex system and integration issues.
- Experience with ERP and WMS platforms, inventory management, cycle counts, and raw materials tracking.
- Understanding of IT networks and how they connect to OT systems.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data flows between business applications.
Preferred Skills:
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or related)
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or food industry environments
- Knowledge of business process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to support users and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver under deadlines, and work independently in an on-site role.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary ranges for this position are shown below; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
NY base salary range: $66,300 to $67,500
