You'll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects. Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation, while building strong relationships with business partners and technical teams.
We are looking for an experienced Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Business Analyst with strong expertise in manufacturing, procurement, supply planning, demand planning, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end JD Edwards implementations, strong functional configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with global business partners to deliver scalable supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Work as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in the areas of manufacturing, procurement, supply planning, and demand planning.
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure and support new plants, sites, and multi-facility business processes in JD Edwards.
- Design and configure manufacturing and procurement flows, including shop floor, inventory, purchasing, planning, and related supply chain processes.
- Configure and support MRP, supply planning, demand planning, and capacity requirements planning across multiple facilities.
- Partner with global supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, planning, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into JD Edwards solutions.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, reports, and custom developments.
- Support business process improvements across global supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Minimum 2 successful end-to-end JD Edwards implementation experiences.
- Strong functional experience in manufacturing, procurement, supply planning, and demand planning modules/processes.
- Hands-on experience in JD Edwards configuration for manufacturing plants, procurement processes, planning, and multi-facility setups.
- Strong understanding of MRP, capacity requirements planning, supply planning, and demand planning.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management concepts.
- Exposure to managing or supporting global supply chain processes.
- Experience working with business partners to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
- Strong experience in writing functional specifications, process documents, and configuration documents.
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage initiatives
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Ability to build consensus across organizational boundaries
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for leading workshops and meetings
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a results-oriented environment
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)

Skills Required
