Primary Modules- Oracle Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence
4-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management
Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM modules, identifying fit/gaps and recommending solutions
Lead end-to-end implementation of OTL and Absence modules including configuration, testing, and deployment
Configure time entry rules, time calculation rules, processing profiles, and approval workflows
Manage timecards, work schedules, shifts, and overtime calculations ensuring accurate workforce tracking
Design and configure absence types, absence plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles, and carryover policies
Manage leave requests, approvals, balances, and life cycle of absence processes
Configure approval workflows, notifications, and validation rules for time and absence transactions
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design time tracking and leave management processes
Ensure integration with Payroll, Core HR, and other HCM modules for accurate data flow
Perform system testing (SIT/UAT), validate configurations, and resolve issues across implementation phases
Troubleshoot functional issues related to time entry, absence processing, and system configurations
Support reports, interfaces, data conversion, and HCM extracts related to OTL and Absence
Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials
Conduct client workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and global workforce regulations
Strong experience in workflows, Fast Formulas (Time & Absence), security, and OTBI/BI reporting
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
Bachelor’s degree or MBA (HRMS preferred) with exposure to Agile/Iterative methodologies
