Job Title: Oracle EBS Procurement Consultant - R12 & 11i ERP versions 

Experience: 5+ years in Oracle R12 & 11i ERP Procurement and Order Management modules 

Job Description: 
We are seeking an Oracle R12 & 11i ERP Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have functional experience in Oracle R12 & 11i ERP Procurement and Order Management modules. Also, preferred to have a strong background in application development, deployment and production support processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Application Support: Leading Production support for Oracle Procurement modules. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on Oracle EBS applications. Provide support for third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity.  

• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS Procurement modules. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.  

• User support: Providing technical support to end users on Oracle EBS applications, addressing queries and resolving issues.   

• Training: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users on Oracle EBS Procurement modules.  

• Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information.  

• Collaboration: Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application management.  

• Data Analysis: Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.  

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience. Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements.  

• Business Requirements Analysis: Understanding client's business processes and identifying areas for improvement using Oracle EBS Procurement modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. 

• Solution Design: Designing and configuring Oracle EBS Procurement solutions to meet specific business needs.  

• Data Migration: Develop Source to Target ERP mapping from or to Oracle EBS Procurement module. 

• Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle 11i and R12 ERP application with focus on Procurement module.  

• Strong understanding of modules like - Procurement Management and Order Management modules. 

• Knowledgeable in Business requirement analysis, Gap identification, Solution proposals and Design development.  

• Proficient in Oracle SQL data analysis  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with functional teams and business users. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Certification on Oracle EBS Procurement. 

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations is a plus. 

• Experienced with SDLC/Agile methodologies and project management tools.
