As a Oracle Cloud Finance - Manager you will help organizations use enterprise technology to advance finance transformation goals and capitalize on business opportunities, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, automation, analytics, and cloud-enabled finance processes. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client accounts, and handle complex work from strategy through execution while using sound judgment, technical skills, and a values-driven approach. In this role at PwC, you will guide finance transformation workstreams, support delivery across Oracle finance solutions, and help clients rethink finance functions as they adopt new cloud capabilities and process improvements within our Oracle Finance practice.
Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle Cloud Finance transformation workstreams across finance, operations, and governance and risk needs
- Managing client engagement activities, timelines, and deliverables for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM programs
- Guiding teams through finance process design, system configuration, and deployment planning for cloud-enabled solutions
- Reviewing complex business requirements and translating them into Oracle Financials, General Ledger, Receivables, and Record to Report designs
- Applying knowledge of finance transformation, accounting standards, and financial reporting to develop practical recommendations
- Overseeing the use of automation, analytics, and machine learning capabilities to improve finance function performance
- Coaching team members on project delivery, issue resolution, and development of their Oracle finance skills
- Addressing workstream risks, dependencies, and process gaps by using data-driven analysis and stakeholder input
- Building client relationships and presenting progress, findings, and solution options to finance and technology leaders
- Identifying opportunities to improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes through Oracle cloud solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency implementing Oracle Financials across GL, AP, Expenses, CM, AR
- Demonstrating proficiency implementing Oracle Financials across Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants, FA, AHCS/FAH
- Leading Oracle Finance transformation workstreams for client support engagements
- Coaching teams through complex finance process design and delivery
- Analyzing stakeholder needs and translating them into actionable recommendations
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
