This role will be a member of the Operational Risk Management Center of Excellence and support the BAU oversight of the ORM Minimum Standards to include quality assurance and process reviews. The role will also be responsible for the design and creation of tools and applications that support the oversight of risk management activities, utilizing Microsoft Office applications, such as Power Apps.
Key Responsibilities
Support the BAU oversight of the ORM Minimum Standards to include quality assurance and process reviews
Collaborate with the internal team on the design and implementation of new Operational Risk Management solutions that will mitigate current and future business risk
Prepare data summary analysis, internal trending reports, and presentations, as needed
Design and create tools and applications that support the oversight of risk management activities utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Sharepoint.
Support the implementation of a new GRC tool and other risk-centric change initiatives, including training and support
Handle Operational Risk Management ad-hoc requests related to audit and other regulatory requirements
Build collaborative partnerships with business partners, internal team, and leaders through the use of strong, influential communication skills
Required Qualifications
Candidate must have a demonstrated analytical ability to move tasks forward independently and without significant direction or documentation
Candidate must have proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Sharepoint. This role will be responsible for the design and creation of tools and applications that support the oversight of risk management activities.
Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to drive requirements definition or design decisioning, including the ability to reach out to stakeholders directly
Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Must be able to quickly absorb data and information
Must be able to work independently
Proven ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Risk or Risk Analytics experience
Prior experience with technical implementations
