The Role 

We are currently looking for a Vice President, MCO Customer Success to join our Customer Organization. . You’ll join a collaborative, multi-functional team and partner with business and healthcare experts to build a customer-centric team that enables Circulo’s multi-year roadmap to becoming the preferred provider organization with Managed Care Organizations across the country . Deep MCO experience and knowledge will be crucial. Knowledge and background in health plan operations, contracting, value based contracting,, provider office operations, Medicare, Medicaid and Employer sponsored health plans will be important. Circulo Health is looking for people who are energized by our mission to harness emerging digital technologies to eliminate friction in the healthcare system and provide better care to the nation’s most underserved populations.

What you will do

  • Build a repeatable process for Circulo Health Solutions to sustainably meet new and current managed care organizations expectations and goals - those written in the agreement and other areas established by Circulo
  • Lead managed care organizations through the later stages of contracting and ensure smooth transition from the sales organization
  • Ensure all managed care contracts are consistent with Circulo Health Solutions guiding principles around Primary Health
  • Define, prioritize, and track a comprehensive list of deliverables/metrics as stated in the contract to ensure effective execution of the contract
  • Define, prioritize, and track other expectations/deliverables as established by Circulo
  • Communicate consistent updates on contract and other deliverables related to execution, progress, risks, and key milestones within Circulo and with the customer
  • Navigate multiple managed care organization activities, establishing and disseminating priorities and direction across Circulo
  • Develop productive working relationships with all key stakeholders internally and within the managed care organization
  • Act as the managed care organization’s advocate
  • Build a high-performing, strategic, and customer focused oriented team

Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience working with or within a Managed Care Organization
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships within the Managed Care Organization including but not limited to senior management
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Medicaid, Medicare, and Employer sponsored health plans, value-based contracting, and provider office operations
  • Remain abreast of changes within Managed Care, Value-based Contracting and Primary Health Care space 
  • Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively within matrices and various organizations within Circulo Health
  • Ability to work effectively independently 
  • Ability to travel nationally ~25 - 50%
