About the Team
The Value Realization team's mission is to help customers quantify, document, and articulate the value they deliver with Workday Enterprise Management Cloud solutions, and advise on strategies to unlock more value.

We have the privilege of working with leaders from the C-Suite of the world's largest corporations to the all-knowing Finance Analyst behind the scenes at small organizations. We are industry specialists, workmates, teammates, and coaches. We are Value Managers!

About the Role

As a key member of the Value Realization team, you will:

• Understand and articulate the unique capabilities and value of Workday Enterprise Management Cloud and how it drives business outcomes.
• Identify strategic opportunities for customers to unlock more value with Workday solutions and services
• Develop and deliver engaging narratives presentations to senior, including C-level, board-level and business audiences
• Conduct quantitative analysis, return on investment modeling, and capability benchmarking
• Lead multiple customer engagements end-to-end simultaneously, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with partners in Sales, Services, Strategy, Presales, Product, Marketing and more
• Drive engaging discovery interviews with Finance, IT, and HR teams to uncover value outcomes and opportunity areas
• Develop and maintain Value Realization processes and tools in collaboration with global Value Management team
• Drive the strategic vision for Value Realization by creating and sharing new best practices, innovation frameworks and thought leadership

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in consulting, finance, public accounting, corporate strategy, pre-sales, sales, value engineering or other related roles

Other Qualifications

• Ability to work across multiple collaborators to set a vision, formulate a plan, and deliver against your own internal clock
• A proven track record of project management, problem solving and critical thinking skills, and ability to create and deliver programs, from start to finish
• Ability to deliver committed results in a fast-paced, high-quality environment, manage your own time and deliver according to project schedules
• Advanced skills with Powerpoint, Excel, Google docs and sheets, excellent deliverable creation and editing skills, and the ability to learn new technologies as needed
• Strong consulting skill-set including excellent discovery, quantitative modeling, listening, collaboration, verbal and written communication, and executive presence
• Passion to work in a team environment and share creative ideas regularly
• Deeply curious about a variety of business models, highly motivated to have an impact on customers, and broadly interested in using technology to address business problems
• No travel while Workday's travel restrictions are in effect, 25%-50% thereafter
• Bachelor's degree, CPA/CA, CFA, M. Fin, MBA or similar preferred.
