Job Description

We’re looking for Training Management Specialist to join Procore’s Training Management Team. In this role, you’ll use your technical training expertise and business acumen to ensure our customers are leveraging Procore to solve their construction management requirements. You’ll help drive the successful adoption of the Training Management product category, which includes both Training Center and Certification Center. Help our clients build out their own holistic Procore rollout strategy where they can use Custom Certifications for onboarding new users via our client-facing LMS (learn.procore.com) and Custom Documentation to document their company-specific SOPs on our client-facing CMS (support.procore.com). Empower our power users with the right eLearning tools and analytics to drive successful and consistent adoption of the Procore platform.

As a Training Management Specialist, you’ll need to be comfortable wearing many hats and performing many roles including, but not limited to Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, Professional Services Consultant, and Customer Support. You must also be an SME of the Procore platform and its tools in order to advise clients on how to customize their company-specific workflows and SOPs. And you possess a deep understanding of Procore’s tools and how clients customize their company-specific workflows and SOPs.

This position reports into the Manager, Dicuemntation Services, and can be based remotely, or out of one of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert of Mindtouch, the content management system (CMS) we use to build and maintain our Support Center.

  • Build custom content using third-party software tools such as Articulate, diagrams.net, Adobe Creative Cloud, and more.

  • Learn the basic principles around information architecture and how you can effectively single-source and re-use content using a combination of HTML, CSS, DekiScript (Mindtouch's proprietary scripting language), JavaScript, and tags.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert of Skilljar, the learning management system (LMS) we use to build and maintain our eLearning Portal.

  • Modify and build courses with eLearning content such as quizzes, simulators, HTML, etc.

  • Establish working relationships with clients and help them design their company’s Custom Training Center with custom SOPs and best practices.

  • Help clients develop a plan with a phased rollout strategy and project milestones

  • Create self-help tutorials and FAQs for Training Center authors.

  • Assist the Sales and Customer Success teams by performing product demos of Training Management products.

  • Manage support tickets in ServiceCloud and log professional services activity in Mavenlink.

  • Generate client-specific reports that demonstrate the value of their Training Center products by sharing usage analytics.

  • Conduct QBRs with Training Management clients and share insightful recommendations for improvement based on a thorough analysis of a client's data and KPIs.

  • Support the Sales and Install Base teams during the renewal process.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a client-facing role, preferably at a tech company
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to train clients via Zoom calls

  • An understanding of basic informational design and architecture principles such as single-sourcing, use of templates, and global variables. Dig into raw HTML and CSS to make a small tweak or learn a new software tool
