The HR Talent Planning and Acquisition (TPA) team is looking for someone to join our team as the TPA Business Operations Manager. As an essential focus area for HR and the business, it is an exciting time to be a part of helping Intel plan for and acquire top talent. In this role you will provide counsel to the HR TPA VP, TPA Staff and the TPA organization. You will work directly with the TPA Chief of Staff and Senior Business Operations Manager.

TPA Business Operations Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Requisition management.
• Vendor/supply management.
• Plan and budgeting as part of plan of record (POR).
• Coordinating cross functional teams/meetings.
• Legal and finance interface.
• Management of our operations roadmap to increase quality and maximize efficiencies.
• Opportunities to lead strategic TPA initiatives.
• Develop and provide input to presentations for senior management or third-party vendors.
• Ensure compliance with financial, legal and corporate policies.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or prolonged course of study in a business or job related field.
• 6+ years of previous working experience in Human Resources, Operations and/or Finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior project management and/or business operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
