If you are looking to make a difference in the way work gets done and contribute to the development of interesting products, Cprime is looking to hire agile practitioners for remote Scrum Master roles in MN. These may transition to partial onsite.
You will:
* Support and facilitate Agile practices including standup, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, retrospectives, and processes. Focus on scrum practices.
* Train, mentor and develop skills as needed in the team: flow, collaborative practices, automation.
* Remove external impediments and blocks that prevent or slow progress
* Coach team to generate accurate metrics.
* Facilitate conflict resolution, team decision making, while advocating and demonstrating collaboration across team and organization
* Mentor Development Team and Product Owner in agility
You possess:
* Scrum Master Certification (CSM) preferred
* 4+ years agile team coaching role in a software development setting. Experience with creative/content teams is a plus.
* Knowledge of and experience with a variety of agile tools and processes: Kanban, XP programming, Lean, Scrum, Safe, etc.
* Experience with team and meeting facilitation (vs direction)
* Strong situational awareness, conflict de-escalation, and resolution skills
* Excellent communication skills, able to fluidly navigate coaching stances in real-time as appropriate (facilitating, coaching, training, mentoring)
* 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
