Assess existing environments, lead discovery workshops, develop proofs of concept, support proposals, guide implementation, identify technical risks, and create reusable architecture assets. Collaborate with AI engineers and cross-functional teams while maintaining upgradeability and alignment with ServiceNow platform developments.

Own client relationships, delivery plans, scope, budget, risks, resources, governance, technical coordination, adoption, and outcomes. Coordinate customers, consultants, architects, engineers, and technology partners while facilitating executive communications, technical discussions, decision-making, readiness, stabilization, and closeout. Contribute to implementation methodologies, reusable assets, delivery standards, and team mentoring.

Leads the architecture, development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of CRM, IVR, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign platforms. Oversees Salesforce or Dynamics 365 solutions, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, data pipelines, and automated testing. Mentors engineers, establishes technical standards, ensures security and compliance, collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, and manages delivery timelines across customer engagement and marketing technology initiatives.

Designs and shapes Atlassian solutions throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including customer discovery, architecture, workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, estimates, RFP responses, and Statements of Work. Advises on Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, integrations, migrations, security, governance, configuration, and adoption. Partners with sales and delivery teams to manage risks, define commercially credible scopes, and ensure solutions transition effectively into implementation.

Drive new business and expansion sales for ServiceNow consulting, implementation, optimization, and managed services across Healthcare, Life Sciences, State and Local Government, and Higher Education. Own the full sales cycle, develop territory strategy, build pipeline, engage executive stakeholders, navigate complex procurement processes, partner with ServiceNow teams, manage forecasts, and achieve revenue targets.

Sell Cprime’s Atlassian-focused work transformation services across new and existing enterprise accounts. Manage the full sales cycle, build pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, position advisory and implementation services, develop Atlassian co-sell relationships, coordinate proposals and delivery handoffs, attend ecosystem events, maintain forecasts, and meet revenue and pipeline targets.

Lead end-to-end Apptio Targetprocess implementations for enterprise clients, including discovery workshops, configuration, custom dashboards, automation, metrics, data imports, and third-party integrations. Mentor implementation teams, drive user adoption, troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, support product improvements, and present status and recommendations to leadership. Support presales through demonstrations, RFP responses, solution design, and effort estimation.

Sell Cprimes ServiceNow and Moveworks transformation and AI-enabled services to new and existing enterprise accounts. Manage full sales cycle, build pipeline, co-sell with partners, develop account strategies, forecast, and transition closed deals to delivery teams while driving KPIs and market strategy.

Manage Salesforce and Atlassian PPC data quality for licensing and renewals: monitor error queues, triage and correct records, remove duplicates, maintain account mappings, escalate defects, report trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce manual effort.

Administer, configure, and enhance Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, JSM) and related add-ons. Gather client requirements, design workflows, permissions, screens, dashboards, and reports. Install/configure third-party plugins, advise on best practices, and provide ongoing support and documentation to client administrators and users.

Lead hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation across core apps, custom scoped apps, portals, and integrations. Design scalable solutions, build REST/SOAP integrations, develop Employee Center and CSM portals, enforce code quality and upgrade-safe patterns, optimize platform performance and CMDB integrity, and mentor junior engineers while conducting code reviews and technical design work.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Atlassian platforms (Jira, JSM, Confluence). Administer configurations, workflows, automations, scripting, integrations, and migrations (Server/Data Center to Cloud). Drive upgrades, app compatibility, AI-driven enhancements, governance, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and mentor admin teams.

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure. Lead GitHub Enterprise migrations, embed DevSecOps practices (SAST/DAST, scanning, secrets management), automate IaC with Terraform, manage artifact repositories, operate Docker/Kubernetes platforms, and mentor engineers to standardize CI/CD frameworks and improve delivery, reliability, security, and performance.

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow technical architecture and delivery across Now Platform product lines. Design scalable solutions, integrations, data and security models, and portal experiences (Employee Center and CSM). Enforce platform standards, lead workshops and design reviews, provide hands-on development for complex builds, mentor teams, and mitigate technical debt to ensure upgrade-safe, maintainable implementations.
