- Responsible for analyzing forecasting and reporting financial results for EIRC operations and the Cyber Transformation Program. Has interactions with senior leaders in EIRC and finance leaders and requires positive relationships.
- Workforce management (forecasting, acquiring, developing and assigning the right resources) and participating in EIRC strategic workforce planning pilots.
- Provide financial, administrative and project leadership to the EIRC department.
- Responsible for assuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information throughout the Enterprise.
- Accountable for translating the departmental strategy to information risk management operational objectives including both systems and processes.
- Accountable for providing information risk management mentorship and critical issue avenues to achieve enterprise-wide business values and goals.
- Engage in functional management to ensure optimum efficiency and quality by leading adherence to strategies, goals, budgets, operating policies and procedures as an NM frontline manager.
- Alignment of roles and responsibilities in decision making related to finances and operations
- Accountable for translating the departmental strategy to information risk management operational objectives including both systems and processes.
- Integrating and crafting measurement systems, targets and specific initiatives in support of the various strategies
- Influencing other teams and individuals to ensure business outcomes are achieved
- Identifying and encouraging relationships with key partners representing a broad range of functions and levels in order to ensure alignment with departmental and enterprise business strategies
- Accountable for an effective and efficient business unit crafted and maintained to support the business outcomes.
- Effective and efficient internal work flow and processes
- Knowledge Preferred: formal business analyst, engineering or testing experience, knowledge of the financial services industry, familiar with BI tools, Certification or experience with Product Owner or Scrum Master role, experience in leadership or mentorship of a team
- Accountable for providing mentorship and critical issue avenues for the business unit based on understanding the business values, goals, work processes and work flows
- Responsible for counsel to the enterprise on interpreting and integrating information protection policies and standards to support departmental and corporate strategies
- Accountable for evaluation, review and approval of information protection policies and standards in order to establish a foundation for appropriately handling systems and data risks.
