Job Description As a member of our Infrastructure Support team, your endless curiosity about technology will help you propel innovation and your career. You'll help develop functional goals and priorities that align with our overall strategy. You'll collaborate with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.

This role encompasses a wide variety of responsibilities, such as driving consistent monthly service reviews ensuring alignment of business strategy with delivery. You will be defining operating principles for the commercial and operational management of both investments and business as usual activities across technology product areas. In this role, you will partner with Product Managers, Vendor Management and Finance and Business Management functions to analyze and report against supplier engagements, manage Product Performance, and ensure adequate and consistent Product Management practices are in place and working. You will have to demonstrate collaboration and dynamic management capabilities across Operations, Engineering and Line of Business teams. As a Strategy Manager, you will drive continuous improvement and efficiencies and continually enhance reporting capabilities utilizing industry standard toolsets, process automation and excellence.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, the successful candidate will have a unique mix of technical and business management skills including:

  • Experience with MIS, Analytics, Finance, and/or Management Consulting roles.
  • Flexibility and willingness to engage across diverse functions, locations and teams
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships and strong partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude with ability to influence people and drive change
  • Knowledge of industry standard project management tools and techniques
  • Project Management experience and delivery driven mindset
  • Advanced working experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, SharePoint & Powerpoint)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of IT Services / Products and the macro principles that should govern them (Economic, Strategic, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the SDLC toolset (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and agile methodologies
  • Experience with queries and reporting; Tableau, Qlikview, Python, Java skills would be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus; 7+ years of related working experience
