Sr. Financial Relationship Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sr. Financial Relationship Manager with Reibus International, you will be responsible for building key relationships with our external customer's finance groups. This role is ideal for a seasoned customer success manager to create and offer leading financial solutions to our customers for one of the fastest-growing companies in the US. We're looking for an innovative individual with the persistence to transform how financial solutions are offered to our customers.

- Build Collaborative Relationships with our Customers and Key Financial Roles.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Communicate efficiently with all divisions of the company, while contributing positively to our thriving culture.
- Provide World Class Customer Service with Proactive Outreach and Solution Offering.
- Shepherd Our Brand: Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels.
- Sell the Reibus story to increase Reibus Purchasing Power.
- Marshal Creativity and Growth: Contribute ideas to help further the company's processes.

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 3-5 years of B2B collections experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Optimizing ERP and CRM tools (NetSuite, Hubspot, Salesforce, Turvo, etc.)
- Thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment
