We are seeking to expand the Viz.ai team by adding a Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Director of Implementation, that will be responsible for coordinating and managing the installation of Viz.ai products at our customer’s facilities, as well as internal projects to support the growing Viz.ai team. For customer-facing projects, the Senior Project Manager will oversee and support multiple concurrent implementation projects, develop project plans, review client change requests, and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations. The Senior Project Manager may also be involved in pre-sales planning and analysis to provide assistance in scoping projects and developing proposals. For internal projects, the Senior Project Manager will meet with stakeholders, develop and document requirements, and work with internal and external development partners to implement the solution that best meets company needs.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years medical software and system implementation experience.
- Knowledge of DICOM/imaging/radiology/PACS a MUST!
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Experience managing project teams and other project managers.
- Training and training management experience a plus.
- Customer Support, Advocacy, and CRM experience a plus.
- Travel up to 50% of the time, project-dependent.
- Bachelors or Masters/MBA in a technical, business, or related discipline.
