The Senior Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating with Zones and Franchise Teams to translate the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) growth strategy to a Zone-specific growth strategy and priorities inclusive of all routes to market (RTM) that will enable achievement of growth objectives.

This role will support the West Zone team and bottlers both internal and external.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to identify, prioritize, and fuel local opportunities
  • Develop actionable strategies to capture growth opportunities
  • Build compelling strategic stories to drive engagement and alignment against strategic priorities with key stakeholders
  • Support end to end alignment process with Bottlers
  • Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas
  • Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders

Business Objectives

  • Deliver Zone/Bottler Annual Business Plan (ABP) through strategy-owned "make business plan imperative" analyses and solutions.
  • Create Zone/Bottler ABP consistent with NAOU ABP and long-range planning while capturing Zone/Bottler-specific prioritized opportunities.
  • Identify and develop Zone/Bottler consumer/shopper/guest, category and brand opportunities and prioritized solutions that deliver Zone/Bottler and NAOU strategic growth.
  • Build the relationship and influence with West Zone Leadership Team, Franchise, Bottlers, and extended teams to drive Zone/Bottler growth strategy.
  • Leverage the network to gain and share strategic insights to grow Zone/Bottler and NAOU business.
  • Be a part of agile strategy project work to support Zone/Bottler and NAOU growth ambitions
  • Leverage data & insights from Insights and Analysis, Operations Planning and Enterprise Wide Initiatives teams to identify growth opportunities and enablers across RTM, and prioritize actions at the local market level
  • Support in-year achievementof Zone'sgrowth strategy and commercial plan withactionable insights across all RTMs and Bottlers
  • Identify Zone/Bottler specific strategic growthopportunities over and above NAOU plan
  • Partnering with Franchise Teams to lead system end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers at the local level
  • This role will support the strategic integration of transverse initiatives across the OU at the Bottler level.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
  • Proven experience and the ability to lead in a culture first environment that leads to proven results
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, brand, sales, or commercial/revenue growth management roles in consumer-oriented industries
  • Experience to create / develop break-through thinking to address market challenges.
  • Ability to build partnerships and establish trust & credibility across all levels
  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence others to gain consensus & alignment
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills to set a clear direction
  • Expertise in driving analytical approaches and insights
