As the Senior Manager and Leader of Corporate Events, you can expect to:

Plan, develop, and concept events that leave memorable experiences for the attendees.

  • Partner with, present to, and receive coaching from C-level and other executives to deliver events that meet requirements and drive the expected experience.
  • Lead, plan and execute the end-to-end execution of events based on requirements and success metrics developed in partnership with internal clients.
  • Collaborate and liaise with Marketing, PR, Communications, HR, Security, Global Real Estate, and other colleagues to plan, execute and evaluate each event. Maintain strong and professional relationships with partners to drive flawless and coordinated execution.



Coordinate the Execution, Objective Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement of Corporate Events

  • Develop and oversee an event management plan to execute the event from end to end. Inform and update executives, staff members and other involved parties throughout the event cycle.
  • Organize, mobilize and/or coordinate the staff, event participants, officials, and administrators for the successful execution of an event.
  • Prepare budgets and periodic progress reports. Closely manage the event budget to ensure compliance.
  • Demonstrate real time judgment and problem-solving surrounding event production.
  • Develop and maintain network of vendors, venues, catering, tech, and other support services
  • Conduct post-event debriefings to evaluate successful elements and challenges encountered, incorporating that information into the planning and execution of subsequent events. Recognize key constituents and partners. Produce post-event readouts for identified stakeholders and executives.

  • Provide expertise to staff in the planning and execution of events.
  • Lead a team of 4-7 event coordinators and managers.
  • Assign events to team(s) according to skill set, type of event, and capacity. Prioritize team and staff workload and act with appropriate urgency.
  • Build and develop a team that inspires and respects each other. Foster an environment that delivers, wins (and fails but learns) as a team.
  • Continuously and relentlessly champion and cascade NCR strategy, messages, and ensure each team member understands their role in the greater mission.
