Senior Manager of Commercial Operations
As the Senior Manger of Commercial Operations, you are critical in defining, implementing, and executing strategies to support and streamline Reibus’ order fulfillment processes. You own the creation and ongoing management of operational metrics and coordinate departmental meeting cadence and agendas. You serve as a liaison with other functional areas (e.g., core marketplace sales, strategic sourcing, logistics, and finance) to advance the objectives of Reibus and our commercial operations department.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with others in the business to develop, implement, and oversee order fulfillment processes, with emphasis on purchase order creation, vendor release, logistics, and time to invoice.
- Manage a team of operations coordinators towards departmental goals and objectives.
- Align company goals and metrics by creating a departmental balanced scorecard.
- Create operational policies and procedures that facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and enhanced business value.
- Responsible for maintaining our world class quality and accuracy standards.
- Actively engaged with the team daily, leading by example.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, sourcing, finance, legal, logistics, and other teams to enable Reibus domestic and international trade.
- Partner with product and engineering to Integrate systems and tools to automatize the order fulfillment process.
- Contribute in any way you can to the success of Reibus.

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain / Order Fulfillment.
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a team.
- Ability to coach, develop, motivate, and lead others.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving background.
- Experience working with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Metals industry experience is a plus.
