The Sr. Manager, Influencer Casting is responsible for the day-to-day influencer casting management and development of the community as it pertains to campaigns and projects. This position is heavily involved in the success of community integration to reach campaign goals. The Sr. Manager reports to the Director, Community Growth & Business Development.

This position is remote!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to help meet the overall company influencer casting objectives
  • Participate in campaign kick-offs with internal teams and clients
  • Facilitate influencer recruitment outreach during assigned campaigns, including approving correspondence, monitoring campaign application progress, and conducting the participant selection process.
  • Negotiate contracts with talent managing campaign budgets with deliverables.
  • Recruitment of new community members as needed to fit campaign/client objectives.
  • Manage community to ensure all members are provided with most recent updates on procedures and opportunities
  • Represent the community and company at industry conferences to meet and educate current and potential community members
  • Attend team meetings via phone, Google Hangout, Join.Me, etc.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of influencer {either blog, Instagram or YouTube} experience.
  • Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where you are responsible for identifying and implementing processes, systems and best practice
  • 4-5+ years of work experience, preferably at a consumer marketing agency such as a social media marketing agency, public relations (PR), advertising, digital promotions, or an interactive agency and/or directly for a consumer facing Fortune 500 brand (preferred)
  • A passion and intellectual curiosity for consumer technology, social media, mobile and digital emerging / converging technologies, keeps abreast of the latest industry news, vendors and is savvy on social media marketing best practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and have excellent personal organization skills, project management skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop creative social media strategies and execute new and compelling marketing tactics that resonate with the target audience to achieve our clients' campaign goals.
  • Proven experience interfacing directly with the client via phone or in-person meetings.
  • Skilled knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) to assist with internal and client reporting.
