Job Summary

Direct Report to VP of Enterprise Digital Strategy

Dual Role:

(1) Responsible for helping develop OneAmerica's Digital Strategy and being a Change Champion to inculcate digital native practices across the enterprise. Focus on working with the LOBs and internal Partners to draw lineage between Digital initiatives and bottom line financial impact to the company.

(2) Lead OneAmerica's Robotic Process Automation team to drive automation opportunities across the entire enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report out on entire Digital Strategy portfolio
  • Coordinate all Steering Committees for Digital Strategy initiatives
  • Collaborate with all LOB BRMs, LOB Strategy Leads and Enterprise Partner teams to canvass input for respective Digital Goals
  • Own the Digital Strategy Value Office that will collaborate with Finance and Enterprise Business Improvement (EBI) to maintain ROI lineage across select initiatives
  • Interface with select external partners across Advisory and Implementation interactions
  • Be responsible for interfacing with enterprise partners ahead of the annual planning cycles to better define Digital Portfolio
  • As needed, be empowered to make decisions on behalf of the VP of Digital Strategy
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to stay abreast of Emerging Technologies and Business Capability models
  • Responsible for White Papers on contemporary and appropriate Digital Solutions



Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Masters Preferred - All disciplines are welcome to engender Diversity of Ideas



Recommended Education and/or Certifications

  • LIMRA FLMI (Fellow Life Management Institute) - If not attained, may be required within 12 months
  • LIMRA ASRI (Associate, Secure Retirement Institute) - If not attained, may be required within 12 months



Required Work Experience

  • 10+ years showing increasing responsibility
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background



Salary Band: 08C

As a condition of employment, OneAmerica requires that all new hires who receive a job offer on or after April 18, 2022 provide evidence of full or partial vaccination against COVID-19 within three days of accepting an offer letter with OneAmerica and before employment begins. If applicable, new hires must submit proof that they have received the second dose of a two dose COVID-19 vaccine within 30 days after their first dose is complete. This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in IN as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
