Owns and prioritizes the Salesforce CRM product backlog, translating stakeholder and customer needs into epics, features, and user stories. The role manages execution, roadmaps, integrations, data, acceptance criteria, and sprint delivery while ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and customer outcomes. It collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, assesses team outputs, removes blockers, and balances short-term delivery with long-term product viability.

Leads the enterprise strategy, governance, roadmap, and continuous improvement of FP&A systems, primarily Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials integrations. The role serves as a subject matter expert, partners with architecture and application engineering leaders, and drives technology adoption and professional development.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, debugs, and performance-tunes Informatica ETL workflows and mappings. Analyzes and profiles data, integrates feeds from multiple systems, creates ETL procedures, and supports data warehouse development. Partners with architects, product owners, end users, vendors, and leadership to define requirements, estimate work, resolve defects, improve standards, and recommend data architecture.
