The Role

The Performance Measurement Manager will lead Circulo’s effort to measure and evaluate internal performance as well as impact for customers. Internally, the Performance Measurement Manager will ensure timely and consistent sharing of important operational metrics and results. This role will also coordinate and collaborate with other Circles and CIrculo team members to ensure we are evaluating performance externally and ensure we are positioned as a rapidly learning organization. The CS Manager will report to the President and Head of the Performance Circle.

Who we are looking for

  • 5+ years of performing and leading analytics and metrics reporting
  • Strong competency in critically evaluating performance in operations, customer engagement, and financial domains
  • Ability to craft a future strategic roadmap to leverage machine learning to drive deeper business insights
  • Ability to wear multiple hats, adapt to changing business needs, and balance on-going competing priorities
  • Capable of distilling insights and findings into concise, actionable terms
  • Natural doer who is execution oriented and consistently meets ambitious deadlines
  • Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
  • Highly functioning in SQL, excel, and other analytical tools

What you will do

  • Lead internal efforts to aggregate, organize and disseminate key operating and performance metrics
  • Structure and manage deeper dive analytics across multiple areas of Circulo’s business
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other Circulo teams on analytics and related business intelligence efforts
  • Position Circulo to develop technology that drives to faster analytical insights and more creative approaches to discovering sources of value for our customers
  • Structure a repeatable process for Circulo to sustainably learn and improve over time
