Your Career

The Unit 42 Partner Program Manager is responsible for building, launching, promoting, and managing our Unit 42 partner programs, including working globally and cross-functionally to create partner programs that have the coverage, capacity, and capabilities to scale our Unit 42 business. This role requires a unique combination of partner experience skills including go-to-market strategy, program design, promotion, and management as well as, partner recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management.

Your Impact

  • Manage all day-to-day aspects of the Palo Alto Networks Unit 42 partner programs
  • Work with the channel as well as Unit 42 leadership on the design, promotion, and ongoing management of our Unit 42 partner programs
  • Help recruit, onboard, and manage Unit 42 focused partners by creating content and resources that can be used to amplify the value of selling/recommending Unit 42 services
  • Educate Palo Alto Networks sales team as well as current and potential partners on the Unit 42 partner strategy, including services, programs, training, tools, and resources
  • Drive development and ongoing measurement of Unit 42 partner performance and impact on key partner initiatives, including deal registrations, new customers, and product pull-through
  • Help design, develop and distribute Unit 42 partner analytics, reporting, and dashboards
  • Monitor, manage and report on key Unit 42 partner initiatives and metrics
  • Help build and deliver a best-in-class partner experience

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Administration or similar field 
  • 5-7 years of partner or channel programs with incident response experience being an added bonus
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Skilled at engaging and collaborating with partners
  • Willingness to get involved in a variety of tactical as well as strategic initiatives
  • Ability to develop clear, consistent, and compelling content
  • Comfortable engaging at all levels in an organization to deliver results
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to drive results
  • Possess a solid understanding of channel/go-to-market strategy
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Understands how to gather and analyze partner data/metrics
  • Learns quickly, fails fast, and adapts to rapidly changing environments
  • Salesforce.com & Google Suite skills are a must

Disclosure required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum compensation (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) for this role to be located in the state of Colorado. If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $127,700yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
