Job Description

This position will be responsible for the coordination, planning, implementation and tracking of Organization Effectiveness and Development (OED) solutions across the organization, addressing team, leader and individual development needs. This person will:• Leverage a variety of mediums, including instructor-led, e-learning and blended approaches to support OED solutions.• Facilitate and own content review, and updates on team owned processes, tools and solutions. • Leverage knowledge of program changes to update documentation appropriately. Proactively seek opportunities for streamlining tasks and improving processes.• Provide key metrics to assist with assessing impacts of OED solutions.• Conduct research on trends and best practices related to Talent Development and present findings to leader.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in key systems, i.e. Cornerstone, Adobe Connect, WebEx, MS Team, etc.
  • E-learning experience a plus
  • Skills to create, edit and evolve training, tools and solutions to meet the needs of modern learners



Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programs, tools and solutions specific to organization effectiveness and development, including end-to-end ownership of the team effectiveness site - administering a team assessment, providing consultation and recommendations to leaders post survey, reviewing and directing leaders to tools available on the site.
  • Provide hands on support to leaders and teams to improve their team's effectiveness, including training and facilitation support.
  • Support project management of organization / team effectiveness projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain program documentation, including standard operating procedures, inventory of online tools and documents, Quick Start Guides, operating calendars, etc. Leverage knowledge of program changes to update documentation appropriately.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for streamlining tasks, tools and solutions and improving processes.
  • Develop or update new products, materials or tools.
  • Conduct research on trends and best practices related to Human Capital trends and Talent Development topics. Manage ad hoc research requests including researching, analyzing and summarizing relevant topics for team and other HR leaders.



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work well with business partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at prioritizing multiple requests and duties and executing against these priorities.
  • Action orientation, initiates work, proactively follows up with stakeholders to manage calendars and time lines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Overall technical/system proficiency in MS Teams, Office 365, SharePoint, and related tools
